In 2023 u17 Football will be under the auspices of Horowhenua Coastal Football Club (HCFC). HCFC is a collaboration of the five clubs in the Horowhenua-Kapiti region to provide a path for our elite youth and senior players. If you are interested in playing u17 football – please register with the Waikanae Club as usual then express your interest in playing for the HCFC u17 team.
